Ojio Yacon Syrup

Ojio Yacon Syrup is a delicious sweetener that won’t spike blood sugar levels. It is a rich deep amber in color, with a sweet honeyed molasses flavor, and half the calories of sugar. Its low glycemic response is due to fructooligosaccharides (FOS) which do not convert to calories, yet act as a prebiotic. Ojio Yacon Syrup is produced from tubers of the Yacon plant, grown in the Peruvian Andes.
